From financial, to spiritual, and everything in between, we seek to understand the entire person. We think about what is best for them; not just what they can do for us. We use that perspective to inform the goals we set. 

We set ENORMOUS goals. Easy-to-accomplish goals are unacceptable. Our desire is to set goals that are NEARLY impossible to achieve, and work as hard as we can to achieve them anyway.

Passion is an intense, driving, enthusiasm for a subject. We expect people to lead from every position and that requires a person who is passionate. People must care deeply about everything they do no matter how small of a task, and the way we work should inspire others.

"Trying" is not the standard; solving the problem is. We are committed to exhausting every resource and effort to serve our team and customers, and rest having left nothing on the table even if it’s inconvenient.

Procrastination compounds problems. When a challenge is identified, we address it immediately to prevent it from escalating. If a problem can’t be solved immediately, we immediately start taking steps to solve it

Like water finding an exit, we are relentless and adaptable. We don’t wait for permission to solve problems; we use creativity to overcome any obstacle.

We value time and effort too much to tolerate inefficiency. We critically evaluate every plan to identify and eliminate waste in all forms. This will make everyone’s job easier, make the restaurant more profitable and produce a better customer experience
